Advanced search syntax

Can Boolean logic be applied to a search? For example, I want to find posts with both "velocity" and "hub", but I don't see a help function available under Advanced Search to indicate how to do this.

Search titles only, and use Velocity Hubs in advanced. We use a serial exhaustive algorithm, though. Searching whole posts results in either no results or infinite results.
