Android based tablet

I'm using Windows based computers to read the forum, but when I'm on my Android tablet /which I'm using only for YouTube and Bikeforums.net/, I'm getting bombarded with little windows with stupid messages.
It feels like I'm on some porn/hacker run website instead of international bike forum...
All messages have OK and CANCEL buttons. The messages are all about trying too help me out... Cleaning my messy android device to make it work faster, or to let me know my Android device is infected with viruses...
Come on guys....whoever is the owner of the board - please make it right.

I popped a flare and hopefully someone will respond. In the mean time, could you state the version of Android and what browser you are experiencing this with? Might come in handy for the Techies.

I'm running Android 4.0.4 with the default browser on my cheapo Nextbook (think low rent version of a Nook tablet w/Google Play support) and have not experienced your issue- but that could be attributed to the fact I don't see ads with the Blue Star (or the Yellow Jersey that I had before).

Bike Forums does not allow popup ads. If possible can you get a screen shot of them?

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.

It's time to start running AV on your android devices, folks. I run it on my smart phone for the very same reason you are now experiencing. Since Android has taken an 80%+ market share on tablets and devices, the hackers and spammers are targeting them/ AVG has a very effective free AV app for Android.

Nexus 7 running Android 4.4.2 and reading BF on included Chrome browser.
I will take a pic with my phone next time I get any of these messages. Its happening at least few times a day and ONLY when I'm reloading BF pages.

Its an identical format, size and graphics as any other pop up window from BF, including private message pop up info. Now I know all that crap is coming from BF software. Now the question is how to find it and eliminate it... I would contact vBulletin folks and ask them for assistance, unless its their hidden way to make few additional bucks on malware softwares from users of vBulletin forums...

I'm using a galaxy note 10.1, running android 4.1.2, and have not experienced that on this site. I have seen them on a couple others though.

Android devices have been recently targeted by snippets of code that use a Master Key exploit. Install something like Norton Mobile Security. they have A FREE VERSION OF Norton mobile LIGHT IN Google market. i HAVE IT ON MY android smartphone AND ALL THESE ARE ELIMINATED. It's not IB putting those ads up, it's a snippet of malware hiding in one of your apps that spoofs the style of the site. Happily, it's an annoyance rather than a big security risk.

I see those messages sometimes but not on BikeForums. I think it's malware. Sometimes you don't have to find it, it instead finds you. Sometimes you might even see it going to Google or www.yahoo.com.

I've tried Clean Master but I am not convinced.
