I could use them for our charity project making frames to make bicycles for pastors in Ukraine and student training. I can drive there to pick the items up. How much does the table weigh?

I don't know how much you want to be involved in the worthiness of candidates but you do have a chance to make a difference in someone's future frame building ambitions. You might not want to be bothered with the research or effort it takes to sort out all the possibilities instead of giving them to the 1st person that asked (which was probably me). However when I have checked back on my past frame building students I have found that their inability to get respectable tooling because of cost is one of the biggest reasons they don't/can't make more. Those that work in bike stores commonly fit this category. The other major problem is finding a suitable place to work.

24x36x4 would be about 330 lbs. That size is unusual; most plates that size are 6" thick which is 485 lbs (according to Starrett.)
