Anyone know who the person that posted this is?
In February 2020, Nova Cycles was purchased from Lon Kennedy by an individual who, financially speaking, housed Nova under an existing but failing business. In October, Nova was swept up in a court takeover of the larger company, due to the financial situation. My husband Roland and I learned of the situation, and with a desire to support the craft of handmade bicycles, are working with the court to purchase Nova Cycles.

I'm curious as well. Since they are local to me I'll ask my usual sources who know what's up.

Jon Tellarico bought it a couple years ago from Lon and there was a slow transition from Lon's ownership to Jon's. Last time I went to Nova Lon was completely out of the picture and Jon was in charge.

I just talked to a builder about a frame who is impacted by this ( and it sounds like the letter above is the situation. New, New owners trying to sort out a mess and move forward

I hope Nova survives and those who might contribute to its downfall, wither.
