Brazing sleeve?

Is it possible to silver braze a 100mm (0.7mm) sleeve over a stainless seattube (31.7x 0.5) ?

That's a very long sleeve to try to flow silver all the way through. I would get the sleeve to its final shape and just flow silver in an inch or so on top and bottom. Stainless is very easy to overheat and that forms a crust which doesn't allow silver to flow out. So it's a tricky thing to do if your brazing isn't spot on. I recommend practice.
