Just ignore his horrible new logo though. I mean, really, what sort of a loser would do something so lame? ;)

Hi All,

I'm about to begin 'restoring' a lugged frame, and one of the looks I'm considering is high polished lugs with the frame tubes and fork painted some sort of sparkle/candy metallic color.

The frame right now is dull and faded, and would need a bead blast before anything. Is the best approach to have the frame paint shop polish up and/or chrome the lugs at the same time as painting the rest of the frame? Or should I tackle the lugs myself?

Insight would be appreciated...
