tube bender

Does anyone know of an affordable tube bender that can handle thin walled steel tubing for bicycle frame building? As an example, I would like to build a recumbant that has a 1 inch tube with a wall thickness of 0.049 inches that needs to be bent 90 degrees. This tube is for the chain stays.

Thanks

There's all kinds of crazy to simple benders, go Googling for a while and you'll find ten different ways to do it on the cheap.
