Electric bike frame
 

I am sorry if this is double posting. I made a detailed post in another category and then realized that one question in that category should probably be posted here.

I want to make a bicycle with pedal assist power. The frame should be able to bear the weight of two people. The motor will also be on the front wheel.

I have heard that there is danger to having a front wheel motor because the hub is not designed for torque.

I will be tooting around downtown as well as the country roads.

Should I go to the trouble of having a frame custom made?
