Northeast steel repair?
I have a Cinelli steel with the seat tube separated from the bottom bracket. Is this worth repairing vs paying 300 bones for a used Italian steel off Ebay?
Is there a spot in the Northeast that will do this sort of tube replacement?

I imagine Chelsea Bicycles in New York can and would do it, but you have to ask yourself if the cost of repair is worth it when you can get a nice 'new' on off eBay for $300.

Circle A Cycles ( https://www.circleacycles.com/ ) in Providence RI does frame repairs (although I think they specialize in lugged frames). There are also a few frame builders in the Boston area who'd probably do a repair for you.
