Cracked Ti Frame

Does anyone have a recommendation of someone (ideally in the Madison, WI area) who could help me with a titanium Lemond frame repair? I have a hairline crack running through the left barrel adjuster mount on the down tube. It's been there a long time but I always thought it was in the paint. Photo here:

I stripped all the paint off last weekend and I realize now it's a hairline crack going about 1/3 around the frame itself. It still seems to be super strong, but I'm obviously leary of rebuilding around a compromised frame. Blurry photo attached showing the crack.

Thanks for passing this along to anyone who could help.

Lemond has a lifetime frame warranty; take the bike to a dealer and they should take care of it.
