Sorry, don't understand what you mean by "recipes"?

Some good ideas on geometry that would be relevant to the 56cm frame, TT Cs length etc.

I have some sketches, and working with the 74/74 lugs, I could run it square 56-56 or maybe 56-55 my road frames have run square and my slacker machine ran 56-56.8

Fork rake/trail is the real question here, my last build was 53mm rake (74.5 Head) and I did a mellow blade bend, so it appeared "tighter" than it actually was (rode great, the guy who has it now still says it rides superb!) but since I am using track blades and crown, I wanna have some fun and maybe go as low as 30............BUT, since this will be a streetable frame, overlap has to be considered. With clipless, I can usally get away with a cm more overlap over quill/clip/strap.

ETA- FC that I can get away with (clipless- with 167.5 track cranks) without hitting is 59.9, hitting the front is no big deal, I just don't want a ton.

For example-

Run the TT long, the rake sub 30 and have the front tire almost rub the DT. Run short CS.

For fun, maybe a bike that runs a longer (than normal track TT) toptube, but has the "packed in look". Since this frame is for fun riding and not real track racing, anything can be done.

I love how the crown (Silva) is relieved for the tire, so to keep the theme, I gotta run things tight all over (tires to tubes) but the bike needs to be somewhat streetable-
