Transformers (Recumbent Cycle <-> Standard Cycle)
An idea I wanted to share with those of you who build frames. Recumbent bikes are typically faster on the straight away but suffer on hills. A standard cycle bike is faster in the reverse. If the two can be married into one frame (allowing the cyclist to switch positions, while cycling), a new modern marvel would be created.
Thoughts, ideas, anyone?

interesting, but heavy. I think the weight of a recumbent is the main problem with climbing. Not being able to stand is a secondary problem.

In the time it takes you to transform your bike into a standard for the upcoming hill... I'll be on the downhill.
Neat idea though.
