How much should I expect to pay for a dropout swap?

I had a custom steel frame done a couple of years ago with track ends, as I had been riding fixed/ss for the last ten years. Well, now my knees are telling me that was enough. I'm in the PNW, so I know there are alot of builders in the area. Can anyone tell me roughly what to expect to have new dropouts brazed in? Thanks,

$150 for the swap and whatever the paint will cost you, figure $200 for a plain powdercoat and $400+ for a wet paint job.

You might get away with only touch-up paint if the painter can find a good match. My local painter/frame repair did that after replacing a broken front end.
