Threading a Fork
 

I need to have a fork threaded further down and cut. I have been to two shops in Portland and both seemed to think it was a difficult/expensive thing to do. So my question is, does anyone here know of a good shop in Portland that could do this for me for a fairly reasonable price. I was quoted 60 or more.
