650b frame and fork needs good home

I am not sure if this will interest anyone. But if you can repair a frame by replacing the top tube and want a 55 cm Raleigh Portage frame and fork (no headset of bottom bracket) please check the "frame doesn't fit pass around game" thread in C&V forum. I posted pics and details of it there. The only thing wrong with it is that the top tube has a nice dent (small crease) in it, so the tube should be replaced. I said I would like to get some clincher wheels in exchange for it, but nothing is OK too. If you want it, just pay the shipping. Might take me about a week to send it off, but I will try to do quickly if someone wants it.

Thought someone might be up for this project. Please note the stand over height was a little shorter than typical of 55 cm bikes. Drop me a PM if interested.

I am absolutely interested!! I really dont have anything to trade right now as I thinned out the parts boxes this winter. I will of course pay shipping. Let me know.

Ride Well.
