Advice please re touching up clearcoat on C&V carbon?

I decided to rebuild my 1989 Look KG96. And since I have it stripped to the frame, I thought I would take a more methodical shot at touching up the places where the clearcoat has bubbled or worn off.

In the past, I have used clear fingernail polish with mixed results. Sometimes it's ok, sometimes it becomes cloudy and chips off.

I would very much appreciate your advice about both substance and process.

Anything you do short of using real paint, the right equipment, and luck on color matching, will always look like a touch up. And it's easy to make it look worse. I believe a bicycle should be painted, used, chipped, and touched up with nail polish until it's time for a full strip and repaint. I would continue to use nail polish as you've done unless you have a paint booth, an airbrush, and proper paint. I think that bike looks fine from the photo. Has character.

Try clear crazy glue, you can flow it on, or you can wipe it very quickly, land, swipe take off, leaving just a breath, repeat.
