Frame repair in Los Angeles area?

I need a snapped hanger repaire on a Conago Master light. My biggest fear is the fancy paint (Casino Yellow) around the drop out. I don't think they can preserve it. Any ideas? I asked over at vintage and classic and gotten no reply. I am not sure if this is the right place for that kind of question?
