Hi All,

Does anyone have a copy (digital) of the in 1972 published book, Cycling C.O.N.1. by Central Sports School Rome.
Richard P. Talbot is referring too this document in his guide; Designing and Building Your Own Frameset (se) .
I have been looking for this document for quite sometime but with no result, maybe someone here can help me out?

What do original copies sell for these days?

There's a dog-eared copy on eBay bundled with a bunch of old catalogs for a BIN price of $999.00. I think the seller has been smoking some of that funny stuff.

I think originals in good condition have sold for $200. Mine is in really bad condition so I'm keeping it

You need to spell it with an "I" rather than a "1".

(Unfortunately, the one at Sand Creek Sports isn't yet complete.)

Yes. It's Part 2, Chapter 5 - Modalities for constructing a frame to measure. It's only nine pages long.

NOTE - In Table 1 on page 3, there are typos in the seat tube column. The number 43.1 should be 53.1, and the number 65.7 should be 56.7...

NOTE 2 - One thing I noticed about Talbot's book is that Table I-A on page 17 is taken directly from the C.O.N.I. manual, but the frame diagram in the C.O.N.I. manual shows the seat tube length as center-to-center (center of crank to centerline of top tube), whereas the frame diagram in Talbot's book shows the seat tube length as center-to-top (center of crank to top of seat lug). Using the seat tube length in Table I-A as the dimension shown in Talbot's frame diagram on page 13 (Figure I-1) would potentially make the seat tube too short.
