I don't know if you mean paint only but if you are considering powder coating, PTS does nice work and understands lugged frames. He knows how thick to apply the powder.

Prior to painting my own frames I shipped everything out. Paint is important. Find a good painter, ship them your frame, and you'll be happier than if you just settled for a place who was next door... unless they would be your choice regardless of location. -Chris
