Is this a decent TIG setup?

Found this bad boy online yesterday while looking for complete TIG setups. It looks like it has everything that I'd need, but there aren't any customer reviews on it yet. I don't know enough about TIG welding/welders to make an informed opinion. I'd be using it to weld thin-gauge steel for bicycle frames and roll cages and aluminum for bike frames as well. Thoughts? Any opinions are greatly appreciated! Cheers!

That machine has no capability for AC/High Frequency; so no welding aluminum.
