Marnati in Minnesota

Good evening,

Wanted to share some pictures of my new Marnati that just arrived today. I can't say enough about the craftsmanship that Mr. Marnati displays in his work and his generosity. I know many people have certain tendencies towards specific build/builder types, and I am no different. Being that I am Italian and extremely proud of my Italian heritage, I like to build with Italian (my nonna would be happy, LOL). I will be building it with Campy Super Record components and the new Campy Shamal Mille wheels.

I want to also take the time to thank Stefano (slotcar55), Aaron (KonAaron Snake), and of course, Mr. Marnati for helping me aquire a dream bike. All three were extremely wonderful to work with and made this a memorable experience that I hope to do again. Hopefully I will have the opportunity to meet each one in person and talk bikes.

Have a great night and hope you like!
Geoff

Truly a beautiful frame! A work of art. You have left a lot of folks here speechless it appears Marnati is a throwback to a time gone by... He is a craftsman's craftsman. All of the frames I have seen of his seem to have a unique flair, understated and bold at the same time. Congratulations!

Any pics of the final build?

I live in St. Paul and would love to see the bike in person at some point.

Maybe join us for a ride.

gomango,

Thanks for the post. The build is not done yet. Waiting on the wheelset but was presented with a grail bike, so had to put the build on hold for a little bit.

Would love to join you for a ride. I live just north of Rochester, so the Cities would be an easy drive for me.

Thanks!
Geoff

Hi Geoff,

Sounds great. We ride in the Cannon Falls and Miesville areas fairly often in the summer. Might be near you?

We are planning a June ride in this area so we will keep you posted.

Again, that Marnati is gorgeous.

That frame is a beaut! Would you mind PMing me the price? After seeing KonaAronsnake's and yours, I am pretty interested in one.

Have the wheels arrived? We want to see it!

Sounds good! I live just south of Cannon Falls, so that would work perfect for me. Call or text me at 507-319-3806 and we can chat about bikes and a possible ride. Thanks!
