Frame as purchased. Based on frame specifics and remnants of blue paint inside the bottom bracket, plus sellers description of original part compliment, it was determined this started life as a '84 SR Maxima that was repainted. The rework streaking, dark brown in this case, was popular in the early 90's. I had the frame stripped and powder coated 'Illusion Orange'. I am a Suntour Fan-Boy and I find it hard to turn away any vintage Japanese frame that uses the high-end Superbe Pro dropouts!
