Overcooked the bird but the internals the shrimp, rice and with the Cajun stuff was excellent. It was a win because 3/4 devoured and no one was talking lol. I’m still learning this smoker and they are all temperamental. Yup, Ahsposo I understand Georgia BBQ is the best.
