This one claimed to be 26.8 but it had about five different measurements up and down the pillar. If you look closely someone has tried to give it a bit of Aero work at the top. I got out the grinding belts and gave it a uniform size at the bottom So it now is a comfortable fit for the Ochsner. A bit of time on the polishing wheel gave a better finish than the satin I normally do when cleaning rust off the post.
