Went back thru thread over last few days, great info from Frank Haas who built Fishers alongside Teesdale! As noted, Fisher switched from the classic Bullmoose bars to his “Rhino” stem in 87. As also noted, Fisher recalled Bullmoose bars as fitted to some 85/86 bikes, I say “some” as only the aluminum bars were recalled which some posters don’t seem to understand. I think 16T11 had recalled bars replaced with fillet brazed Rhino stem as fit only on Comps in 87 as all others used quill.
