Dave talked us into going up El Toyonal, which connects to Wildcat Canyon, instead of taking Wildcat all the up as I always do. I’d never ridden this section of the road. It’s steeper and more challenging but worth it for the scenic connection and discovery of a new route to incorporate into my rides.
