4 years ago, you couldn't find a bench to sit on, but the City's homelessness agenda, and Florida law, now prohibit sleeping on public property, so it's slowly being returned to the many hundreds of daily walkers, joggers, and cyclists. Cleaner, prettier, a lot less trash everywhere.
