I forgot to take the "before" shots. It looks much better without the clear coat I waxed it, then decided scotch Brite red gave a nicer finish.

I forgot to take the "before" photo. It looks much better without the clear coat. I tried waxing, but just plain scotch Brite red has a nicer finish. I need to visit my LBS to deal with the headset. Then decide how much I want to spend are components. The seat, handlebar and shifters are bent and need to be replaced. But so far I've had fun with my $100 investment. I have a 2 year old and haven't made time to ride in the past 2 years. I now have a goal of riding again this spring. This fun.
