After ride yawning!
Seems like everytime I go for a in-town ride of any distance of a few miles, I return home, sit down and can't stop yawning! Anyone have this problem or know what might cause it? Have been told this Texas heat takes out more energy than you thin, or, your body's trying to replace lost oxygen by yawning. Can anyone answer this question? Thanks!

I have a good cure for that.
A warm shower and a nap.

yeah...breath deeper, I notice the same thing if I slack off after a ride and breath shallow.

Me too. I yawn constantly after I ride. Sometimes after a long ride I feel like a narcoleptic. I'll fall asleep sitting at the dinner table, in front of the TV, at the computer, anywhere. Usually the hotter the day the more wiped-out I feel afterward.

i think it's a lack of oxygen. someone told me that it's the same thing when you climb a set of stairs...if you yawn right afterward it's probably due to oxygen deficit. not 100% sure though.

The simple truth is that even though humans have been yawning for possibly as long as they have existed, we have no clue as to why we do it.
