Can Used RevX Spinergy 4 Spoke and Hed 3 Tri Spoke Wheels Lose True?

I've seen used RevX Spinergy 4 spoke and Hed tri spoke wheels for sale on ebay and wanted to know if they can come out of true and if so, can they be trued as easily as a regular spoke wheel?

Without knowing much about the wheels in question, are RevX and Hed tri spoke wheels lighter than Shimano spoke wheels that came with my 2006 Felt F4C carbon bike?

I've ridden both wheel sets, yes they can come out of true, and no they can't be trued. I have over 40,000 miles on my Hed tri-spokes and the amount out of true is very, very minute. The Hed's are a little heaver that the RevX, but I preferred the tri spoke over the RevX.
