What is this called?

What is it called when you take off with both feet on one pedal and lean the bike on the other way? It is used to start off the bike and also to get off of it.

I can only fit 1 foot on a pedal.
Do you mean 1 foot on a pedal, and the other pushing you forward, then swing the pushing leg over, sit on the seat, and start pedaling ?

I call it "push off and swing your leg over"

yeah, thats what im talking about. so there's no technical term for it right?

some people can wait at a red light without putting their feet down. they do this by teetering on their bike and pushing on and off their pedals. is there a term for this?
