It actually is a pretty nice ride. It was built up from parts I had around.
The frame is a 1987(?) cannondale criterium. I put a nashbar carbon fork on it, I have used them several times in the past and they work very well for the recreational rider. I had a complete set of ultegra 9 speed controls and ultegra wheels and all the other smaller components from my parts been... just put new tubes, tires and bar wrap on it and it wasready to go...
John had both knees replaced last year and his doctor suggested cycling for his knees.... we put him on an MTB at first, he had not ridden a bicycle since he was a kid (like many of us) and the MTB worked well for him to get going on... but he was only riding paved mut's for awhile, then ventured onto the road... so I figured it was time to get him on a proper road bike. Keep those knees working.

Wish John good luck and we'd like to hear a report on how he's doing from time to time.
