Surly pacer top tube

Does the top tube on a surly pacer slope down from the seat tube to head tube? I know one of their other bikes does. In their web photo it looks that way. Any real life owners have an answer for me? Thanks

No, I think it is flat level.
I am not a real life owner, but I play one on the internet.
Could you point out which Surly Bike has a top tube that slopes downward from the seat tube to the head tube?

Straggler?

I read a review of the straggler it mentioned downward slope. On their site it sure looks like they slope down. google image search some look like that others don't. I've seen one in person and live 3 hours out in rural Maryland. Hoping for an insight.

Read the review again. Comments at the end.
Surly Straggler review | road.cc
""A little more post-test feedback from Surly...
While the test bike seat tube measured close to 56cm by our usual method (BB centre to top of ST), Surly measures the seat tube to the top of its juncture with the top tube, making this a 54cm bike on their web site geometry tables.
Surly also informs us that the top tube is horizontal and that the downward slope effect is an optical illusion. We did use a spirit level but will happily accept a slight margin for error.""
