Bikes > Cars

I'm doing a research paper on why bikes are better than cars. I have to try to sell the reader that bikes are better.

I want to know if anyone knows of any websites (reliable), newspaper articles, books, or any sourches that would give facts that would help me?

Like an article on how much pollution cars put out, or the number of vehicle related deaths anually......

So if you come across someting, just post here or PM me

Thanks-
-Matt

define "better"

by "better" do you mean, more cost effective, more environmentally friendly, better for your physique

or by "better" do you mean most efficient at getting from point A to B.

if the later, how faw away are points A and B?

You must define better in terms of some quantifiable variable before your question makes any sense

otherwise, you might as well write a paper on why chocolate ice cream is better than vanilla, or why a red rider bb gun is better than a football.

In my opinion, you need to be very clear on your thesis statement, and not say "better." How about "The advantages of bicycles over automobiles" for your thesis. That way you can define and then explore the advantages.
