Is anyone able to tell me how long an 11 speed 6800 Ultegra chain should last me.

and does anyone know if I will get more out of a 105 chain, if so how much more?

Depends on how clean you keep it and the conditions in which you ride. However, Shimano claims that the 11 speed chains are more durable than previous generations.
