Large diameter bar ends?!

I have a dream of making something like this:

Casey's Crazy Bar

However, the angle of the swept back portion of the bars is too dang wide. So, I've found some older Velo Orange Belleville's, which look like this:

VO Belleville Handlebar

I've been hunting bar ends large enough to slide down the bars and past the curves. The issue is, these bars are a bit larger in diameter: 23.5mm at the grips. Anybody know of some adjustable bar ends? Or how to diy such a thing?

I appreciate all your help in advance!!

(I have a bad back and am just getting into bike touring. Still want lots of hands options sans drops!)

even bored out to 24mm you perhaps wont get a single bolt clamp bar end around the curve.

so you have to make a bar end that has a hinge or a 2 bolt open face plate ,

so as to open and close without needing to go around that curve.

Note I said Make rather than Buy.

Perhaps figure 8 bend Trekking bars will do the job, if you lack the shop tools to make your own inventions.

I was imagining perhaps designing something around some road brake lever clamps. I think a hinge would be even more straightforward, though.
