What are your plans? It's a good looking frame, I like the colors.

Is that Bruce Campbell in your avatar? I've wondered since the first time I saw it.

Yep, that's ol' Bruce.

Here's what's planned so far that's not stock ...
Thorough top to bottom cleaning, lubing, etc.
New SS cables, but will reuse the housings
NOS UN-73 bottom bracket
NOS Deore crankset
NOS Shimano M570 shifter/brake combo pods
NOS M570 LX front and rear derailleurs
Zoom adjustable stem
2" riser handlebars
Ergon GP1 grips
26" Sun Rhyno (non-lite) 32 spoke rims w/Deore LX M570 hubs
Kenda Kross 26x1.9" tires
One of several saddles I have on hand
Maybe new brakes

Some of these bits have been on the bike already, so mainly it's getting different shifters and derailleurs plus a rebuild. Some of the stuff I'm removing from this bike will go on a 2011 Roam 2. It will receive a top to bottom rebuild in early spring.

This bike is going to be so different from its stock form that I'm going to have to call it an M61 rather than an M60.

All of the LX components will match these hubs ...

Just weighed the frame at 4.6 lbs using the ol' bathroom scale methodology. Definitely not a lightweight.

I would have left the bike and taken the chair.

No doubt the chair is worth more.

Is the frame made out of steel or aluminium?
