Fit issue leading to the need for a "flatter" saddle - thoughts?

I'm back and forth between the following two saddles based on reviews and what I have experienced in the past.

I rode a Fizik Antares for a very long time and really had no issues until maybe the last 6-8 months. I previously had an old back injury, and as I've gotten a bit older, it has apparently adjusted my fit. Essentially, I'm being pulled to one side which is causing me to rest the majority of my weight on my left sit bone. Yes, I have had a fit done and a cleat shim and position adjustment have helped a bit, but it was recommended that i return to a flatter saddle shape. I'm currently on a Prologo Scratch Pro, which isn't bad, and is what I ride on MTBs and CX bikes, but is definitely more rounded at the top. It just isn't working for me any more on my road bike that I spend more hours on.

So I've done a lot of research and both the Ergon SR3-S Pro and the Fizik Antares VS seem to both come highly recommended. Does anyone have issues similar to mine and can give me a heads up on either of these saddles? The Ergon sounds very interesting, but there are not a lot of review available. Thoughts?

I've not been able to get a good fit with Fizic. I've been using Specialized saddles with success. They have many models to choose from and each model comes in about three different widths.

I've also have and off-center position and have good luck angling the saddle to one side just a little.

Maybe you have a leg length differential ? 1 shorter than the other.

Fizik, a division of Selle Royale has many models .. not being a roadie* , My current pick is the Vitesse.

its on my Brompton folding bike..

Thoughts. it really between your backside and the saddle, my opinion is besides the point..

* I have a (C&V) road Bike It has a San Marco Rolls on its seat post ,, quite similar to Selle Italia's 'Turbo'.

I toured on a Brooks Pro I got in 1975.

I have very limited experience with Fizik saddles, so can't comment on specific models. After passing the 50 year mark, though, I did switch saddles on my trusty steel road bike from an old Avocet, curved, high in the middle, to a much flatter Specialized Phenom. I no longer have the hip and foot issues (pain and numbness respectively) that I had developed with the Avocet. Since then I've put a Phenom on my cross bike and another flattish Specialized saddle on my newer road bike. I'm very happy with them and can't imagine going back to a traditional, curved racing saddle.
