Can someone tell me what bike this is?
I only have this picture. Can someone tell me what kind of bike this is? I thought it was a specialized but I can't find which model it is.

Got a picture of the whole bike? Are there any markings or names on the head tube, down tube or seat tube?

There's absolutely nothing there for us to tell what bike it is. Forks, wheels, handlebars, stems, and levers are all commodity items. Seeing the REST of the bike might give someone a clue.
