I don't see a whole lot of Williers out there so that would be my vote purely on those reasons (but Willier makes a nice product) however I would test ride each one and see what you think. Maybe also see what they have in quality steel and give that a go. Talk with the shop and see what they like after your rides and maybe take another test ride on your top two favorites and see from there.

Same shop or different shops?
If the bikes are in different shops, which shop do you like better? Pick whichever one they sell.

Test ride them all. Go through all the positions (sitting up, hoods, drops) and see how it feels with your back. Ask the shops about the "perks" of buying from them if they're at different shops. Some will throw in free pedals, a free fit, or some other goodies. Maybe one of the shops will even give a military discount.
Best of luck!
