One man give me carbon fiber wheels is brand new. The wheels have no decals. The only i see is have this WH-R50-T. Does anyone know who is make this wheels? This wheels looks like take tubular tires i am correct?/home/boobala/Downloads/IMG_1130.JPG

I don't see your picture.
You can easily find pictures of tubular rims online to confirm what you have.
If you ride them, be sure to glue them on properly so the tires don't roll off.

Sounds like a Shimano model number.

I think that is a Campagnolo style freehub (not Shimano/SRAM).

Definately a glue-on type tubular. You can not use clinchers on them.

I am not expert but to me, those are 100% tubular rims, no way to mount clinchers. At about 1400 grams per pair those are some decent wheels.

Yours may be an older model, but that will give you a ballpark "new" value.

Yes Sew up tires Only and the rims beibg carbon too Its nothing Id leave on a bike other than during a Time Trial race day.

Very Impractical For most people . that dont race.. And Punctures are in tires that are expensive

and since it takes all day
to open the seam fix the hole in the tube in the Tire , re sew, re-glue the base tape, then re glue the tire to the rim.
then not ride on the wheel until the glue cures

probably why he gave them away. exotic but completely impractical.

Id guess the cassette driver is Campagnolo , or one of them, they changed over the years ..

Apparently people are doing well with tubulars and sealants now. Some are even seamless, so perhaps one shouldn't be overly concerned with the repairs. Latex tubes are common, and may seal better than butyl tubes.

Those rims are free of glue, so either someone has done a very good job of cleaning them, or they've never been used, and only show signs of shop wear.

I wonder if they were bought not realizing they were tubular? That would be a real "oh sh*t" moment.
