No way to put 26" on a 650b rim.
However, you may be able to BOOT your tire.
People use a variety of things to boot the tire to get you home or to the nearest shop.
US Currency is strong enough that it is a popular choice.
Park sells a boot for just such occasions.
You may be able to cut a boot out of an old tire. So, if one of your friends has an old tire about to go, give them the new 26", and cut a boot out of their old tire.
You may or may not be able to run 26" wheels on your bike, mainly depending on the brakes.

In this case, it really does suck to be you. My advice to you for the future, if you're going to run unusual tire sizes, you need to pack your own spares. Been there, done that.

Where are you? If you can't fix it with a boot, ry calling a distributer who can send a new tire by Fed Ex. Next time carry a folding spare.
