Where to Order Custom Jerseys
I am involved in forming an amateur cycling team for some ADA Tour de Cure rides in Florida.
1. Where do you design and order your custom team jerseys?
2. How do I go about this?
3. Do the jersey companies help design the jerseys or do I need an independent artist/ stylist to do that?
4. What are the brands of the high and medium quality jerseys out there?
5. What are ball park costs/ jersey if we are talking about <50 jerseys? Is this a question that can be reasonably answered?
Thanks in advance.

Primal does a good job at decent prices. Their art department works with you to design your jersey. Prices vary quite a bit depending on what you want but our club ordered <50 and the final cost came to about $70 each for some nice jerseys with full color sublimation front, back and sides.

We used Jakroo Custom Design - No Minimums | Free Pro Design with good results. 2-3 weeks delivery. Website does excelent job of decsribing process. We were very happy with results and quality. Even had bikeforums logo on ours - with permission of course. $546 incl shipping for six standard cut/fit race jerseys.

Thank you Machka (and everyone else). I did a search with the one word, "jerseys" and went through ten pages without seeing these threads. I'll look at them during lunch today. Thanks again!

Uhh
Google custom bicycle jersey maybe?
jersey is a pretty vague term.
If I had personal experience with them I would be glad to tell you though, sorry

There are differences in designed snugness, how chest/waist/hip/length measurements relate, sizes offered, price, minimum order, whether you can mix and match styles to meet the minimums, delivery time, customer service, etc.
It'll take a long time to google for all of that with lower odds of success than exchanging words with people who have first-hand experience, especially since the rise of Search Engine Optimization which means google is more likely to return content marketing content than first-hand consumer experience.

There's a thread discussing and cussing the pros and cons of organizing custom jerseys in the Fifty Plus (50+) forum. Worth perusing while you're pondering the task.
My only experience has been with custom cotton or cotton/poly t-shirts for a bicycle club many years ago and a local theater group which happened to count among its supporters a silk screen artist and custom t-shirt maker. So those group buys went smoothly. No idea about dealing with bicycle jersey makers.
