Frame geometry.
 
What tool i can use for i find the geometry in my bikes. General in any frame how can find the degreess.

My best advice is to go to your bike manufacturer's web site and find your bike (model and year) and the site will likely have the bike geometry charted out. If not, google your bike with the word geometry and it may show up.

You could always get a cheat protractor but I don't know if you measure from the inside, outside or center of the tubing.

Try asking in the framebuiding forum. The all have the required equipment - for obvious reasons.

Careful use of a ruler, square, straightedge and trigonometry can work... kind of a primitive manual CMM.

You could also take a photo of the frame against a plain background, and use these tools or their digital equivalent.
