Upgrade from Shimano RS010

Hello

I bought a 2015 Cervelo R2, I love it.

I put in over 1000 miles on it already and am looking to upgrade the wheelset maybe before the Campagnolo Gran Fondo NY in May 15. I am also trying to keep it under $1000. I weight 200lbs am 5'11, I don't race but I love riding fast and there's hills on my route. NYC/NJ/NY
Should I ride that wheelset to the ground and upgrade something else?
thanks!

Check out November Bicycles, I have a set of their Nimbus Ti and love them. Well under your budget.

Another plug for the November Nimbus Ti. My set upgraded to White T11 hubs. Rode them for the first time on Tuesday and it was like riding a whole new bike. Love the wide platform, improved ride and climbs great. Also look at Boyd Altamonts, I've got 2 sets of those that I also love. And Psimet will build you a custom wheelset based on your budget. For $1K, actually a lot less you can get some awesome wheels.
