Would anyone has a clue what type of bike this is?
Specialized Dolce Bicycle CZ 2011 51 Road 700c Black Blu | eBay
I know there are different versions of Dolce by specialized. Would anyone know which one this one is? |
It appears to be one of the low-end aluminum ones with a Carbon Fiber fork (with Zerts).
I can see shift indicators on the shifters as well as the thumb upshift, so that would exclude Ultegra or Dura Ace. So, probably Sora/Claris for the shifters. It also appears to be a steel rear derailleur cage. Again not the highest quality. I can only see 2 chainrings, and a relatively small cassette in the rear (Maybe 26T or so). Sorry, no exact ID. |
I think it is their bottom end Dolce. From the looks of it they are running 2600/Claris shifters and other low end components. Not worth $630, except maybe when new in 20011 but even then I wouldn't.

Specialized website has an archive so you can look up old models. Couldn't find anything for Dolce CZ 2011 but could find this using Dolce 2012.
Rims look the same and the colours match (even the bar ends are the same) but it looks like the crankset has been replaced in the bike on ebay. From a triple to a double. https://www.specialized.com/us/en/bi...cetriple/34962 $880 new. EDIT. Found this with the double crankset, same colour and wheels. Shimano 2300 components (missed it as the preview shot was of a white bike and not the black/electric blue one). https://www.specialized.com/us/en/bi...ecompact/37226 |
The Dolce sport is a women's entry level bike that has Sora components. It is a great comfortable beginner road bike and runs around $900.00 new.
