Bottom bracket length

Hello guys, i have a sugino rd2 messenger square taper crank with a stronglight chainring, and im wondering with bb length i will. Sheldon brown says that rd5 models (guessing that includes me) need 103. Any help or past expirince will help!

But the website is all the way in Japan it would take weeks to get through to their internet tubes ; )
