If you put a bike in the shopping cart at that website, you'll see that it says in-store pick-up only. I don't think Cannondale allows mail-order sales of their bikes.

If you're within a short driving distance to a "bigger" city I'm sure you'll find a dealer or two near you.

Sheepshead Cycle in Brooklyn is a large C-dale dealer and they keep a large stock of popular models. You might give them a shout. Tell them the Chain-L guy sent you.
