700x38c what wheel rim size ?
What front wheel for electric conversion on eBay my tire is 700x38c rim is 24 inches ? I forgot my tape measure..

A 700C wheel has a 622mm bead seat diameter. Your current tire probably has an ETRTO designation of 38-622 where the first number is the nominal width of the tire and the second is the bead seat diameter. Are you replacing the whole wheel or just the tire?
