7 speeds cassette.

I replace wheels on my old steel bike. The used wheel i put now is has 7 speeds cassette 11-24. I take out the cassette and i put one 7 speeds 13-28. Also i have one cassette 7 speeds 13-26 which cassette is better. The terrain i ride is hilly but also i want try that bike in flat trail.

It's up to you, man. The cassette that suits your needs is the best one. If you don't use the 28T cog on the 13-28, you might as well put on a 13-26 or 13-23 and enjoy a little closer spacing overall. It's a shame they don't manufacture the 13-21 "J" cassette anymore -- I love that one.

My opinion if you ride on 11-24, you need set 13-26. Because she max near for 11-24.
